Disclosure quality
What we found—and what issuers did not disclose
40 of 40 expected issuer-metric slots have been reviewed. A checked non-disclosure is preserved as evidence, not silently treated as missing data.
Contracted buildout
Reviewed commitment amounts
USD billions
- Firm contracted
- $660.7B
- Contingent maximum
- $47.2B
These are reviewed contractual categories, not recognized capital expenditure. Contingent maxima remain separate and are never added to firm obligations.
What this tracker answers
- Actual spend: What each company reported as capital expenditure or purchases of property and equipment.
- Annual outlook: The issuer’s current native guidance, including point, range, or directional language.
- Commitments: Future payments, leases, purchase obligations, and other infrastructure commitments kept separate by legal and accounting meaning.
- Disclosure coverage: Whether a metric was found, checked but not disclosed, awaiting review, or unavailable because a source failed.
Why there is no “total hyperscaler guidance” headline
Current outlooks can cover different fiscal periods, definitions, currencies, and degrees of precision. This snapshot marks aggregate guidance as not comparable; we do not add non-aligned guidance into a single number.

How to interpret the data
Capex is recognized spend
Quarterly cash purchases can move because of supplier payment timing and do not equal installed compute capacity.
Guidance is forward-looking
Ranges and estimates can change. We retain revisions rather than overwriting the history.
Commitments are not capex
Firm obligations, contingent maximums, leases, and future payments are shown in their native categories.

Publication policy
Published metrics use reviewed observations. Pending review candidates are excluded from values, and missing disclosures stay missing. We preserve source units and distinguish actual spending, guidance, contractual commitments, trade values, weights, and price indices.
